Summary of Role:
The
Associate Director, Healthcare Professional (HCP) Marketing Lead,
an integral contributor within the PYLARIFY brand marketing team and will report directly to the Senior Director, Brand Marketing. The individual will work with appropriate cross-functional teams to design and implement the HCP customer journey - inclusive of sales force channel and non-personal promotional channels. The role will execute HCP promotional tactics that have been informed through market research, reporting and analytics, and market trends to achieve goals and meet deadlines.
This position will leverage omnichannel best practices to develop and execute non-personal promotional tactics ranging from websites, CRM, paid media, etc. While this role is primarily focused on HCP customer, the individual will initially be responsible for execution of patient non-personal promotion as well. It will be the responsibility of the Associate Director to recommend and develop measurement plans and reports to make business decisions, as well as ensure all marketing projects are compliant and have obtained the necessary approvals from the MLR process.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop, partners and execute annual brand plan to exceed targeted business objectives, driving best-in-class marketing practices within HCP and DTP channels.
Work with key cross-functional teams (Sales Force, Market Access, Customer Experience, etc.) to understand HCP customer pain points to develop programs that drive value for both HCPs and patients.
Identify effective messages to communicate PYLARIFY and Lantheus core value story - work with AOR to create tools for the sales force.
Serve as a primary marketing lead for sales force engagements - including annual sales meeting, sales training, sales data & analytics.
Utilize omnichannel best practices to develop a suite of non-personal promotional tactics, ranging from website, social, CRM, paid media, etc.
Manage within relevant budgets ensuring projects are completed timely and within scope.
Ensure all marketing projects are compliant and have obtained necessary approvals through the appropriate medical, legal, and regulatory review processes.
Monitor marketplace and provide insights into competition.
Performs other duties as required
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
BS/BA degree in Business, Marketing, or related field from an accredited 4-year college or university; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
8+ years of product/brand management within Life Sciences industry (pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical device), and significant experience with omnichannel tactics to drive customer demand.
Strong oral and written communications skills, with ability to present clinical information in a compelling and persuasive manner.
Excellent organizational and people skills, including the ability to work in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of independence, as well as possess strong digital aptitude.
Demonstrated ability to identify problems, develop effective strategies, and quickly implement solutions.
Excellent collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders
Initiative-taking, energetic, and results oriented.
Successful agency and vendor management experience
Strong ethics and integrity
Ability to travel up to 30%.
Preferred:
Experience in Oncology, specifically prostate cancer.
Radiopharmaceutical experience is ideal, but not essential.
Clinical, scientific, and/or technical discipline knowledge (e.g., radiopharmaceuticals, nuclear medicine and/or urology-related disease states, treatment paradigms, and future trends)
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Routine overnight travel based on business need and some weekend work may be required.
Valid driver's license
