JOB SUMMARY : Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Brand, and working as a member of the Marketing & Communications Team, the Graphic Design and Internal Communication is responsible for the creative development and production of marketing and communications materials. Support is provided for the entire Hancock Health enterprise.

Is responsible for determining visual application of the brand to a range of programs and initiatives, and in maintaining, promoting and enhancing graphic standards and brand guidelinesGraphic design of various digital and print materials including, but not limited to advertisements, internal and external newsletters, brochures, rack cards, flyers, posters, service line booklets, reports and proposals, PowerPoint presentations, event programs and catalogues, digital monitors and social, graphics for logo-oriented clothing and promotional items, as well as identity work such as logos and illustration tasksEstablish methods and generate content that informs associates about the objectives and policies of the organization and the measures in place to ensure success. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS :
5-7 years of design experience strongly preferred, with agency experience preferred.A degree in art, graphic design, or a related field is strongly recommended.The ability to prioritize multiple projects of varied topics.The capacity to work independently and within team-based environments.Strong communication skills with excellent grammar, spelling, proofreading, andwriting abilities.Knowledge of print, web, information, and interactive design standards.Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.Experience with e-mail based marketing platforms is desirable.Understanding of budget and fiscal management.Experience with project management softwareFamiliarity with the use of a creative brief.
ADDITIONAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS : Master of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Pro, Adobe Create Suite/Creative Cloud, Adept with both Windows and Macintosh operating system. Strong graphic design, brand strategy and production capabilities, including at least five years' experience with a variety of projects using the latest software packages.
