Our main purpose is to strengthen the digital capabilities of Roche globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing Services, Marketing Automation, Copywriting and Creative Design.The Opportunity:As a Social Media Intelligence Specialist in the Global Digital Hub Team, you will play a key role in driving the long-term outcomes and strategy of the Hub, as well as ensuring the successful execution of the global Social Media Intelligence initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with global stakeholders, helping them enhance their social media performance and maximize the use of digital tools to achieve their objectives.In this position you will be focusing on:Designing, developing, and implementing methods to consolidate and analyze unstructured big data, generating actionable insights for client services and product enhancement.Analyzing global paid and organic social media data, and summarizing findings into integrated dashboards that track key communication campaign performance.Building and managing a global social media data warehouse, while automating data collection and reporting through visualization tools like Sprinklr.Leading the development and delivery of standardized and ad hoc global business reports, ensuring they align with stakeholder needs and business objectives.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement strategies and provide insights from social media listening tools, identifying key trends, sentiment, and influencers.Who you are:You have 3-5 years of experience in social media intelligence or digital analysis, with a strong background in data visualization tools like Tableau or Google Data Studio.Proven ability to set up and manage dashboards using platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, and Sprinklr, turning social media data into actionable insights.Strong critical thinking and analytical skills to interpret both paid and organic social media data, identifying trends and summarizing key findings.Experience with social media listening, including Boolean language, and familiarity with natural language processing (Python is a plus).Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, with the ability to thrive in a global, fast-paced environment, working independently and under pressure.Bachelor's degree or higher in related field.Relocation assistance is not provided for this position.Who we are At Roche, more than 100,000 people across 100 countries are pushing back the frontiers of healthcare.
