Job Description: The Studio Asset Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the acquisition, management, and delivery of clients' assets to and from the Studio as well as supporting the Studio Manager in maintaining the overall Studio operations.Responsibilities:

Manage the download or ingest of all incoming project assets and preparation and delivery of all outgoing projects.Track and log all assets entering and exiting the Studio via physical or digital means.Ensure all assets are handled in accordance with our Studio Security policies.Engage courier and delivery vendors, maintain shipping & delivery logs of all assets arriving or leaving the studio.Maintain organized server structure by proactively identifying and cataloging essential files, including projects, and documentation of key studio milestones, events, and activities.Oversee the project archiving process including archiving completed projects from file server to tape, and restoring projects as required by the project team.Assist in monitoring and handling studio ticket requests.Liaison between IT consultant and studio as needed; perform basic IT functions as available.Ensure company website is updated with the latest work and community posts.Assist Production team with boards, proofs, binders, deliverables as needed.Support the administrative and Project Management teams.Maintain the studio shared resources including printers, copy machine, coffee machine, etc.Assist in purchasing of supplies for studio (Boards, Office Supplies, Paper, Kitchen, etc.).Assist in answering phones and take detailed messages (email message to the receiver).Assist with all meal orders and the delivery for in-studio meals as needed.Assist in preparing & proofreading presentations for Project Managers as needed.Perform general administrative duties.Keep SOPs/training documents up-to-date with the latest information.Requirements and Qualifications (Technical and Non-Technical)Minimum 1+ years' experience in a similar position and environment (creative/marketing studio).Experience in Print-production or similar role with high-end entertainment-oriented projects at a Creative Agency.Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Must be technically savvy and have a basic understanding of asset management.High proficiency with asset management delivery tools including Aspera, Adobe CC, and others is a plus.Must be able to problem-solve independently and collaborate with others.Strong work ethic, dedication to quality, and ability to deliver on a deadline.Professional demeanor.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Compensation• $66,560 Annual Salary
