at the National Gallery of Art Library. This role is instrumental in managing our Ex Libris Alma/PrimoVE platform and focusing on innovative integrations and data-driven projects that connect the Gallery's resources with audiences worldwide.

Salary:
$117,962 - $153,354 per year In-Person Requirement:
Based in Washington, D.C., this role offers the possibility of hybrid work two days a week after six months. Comprehensive Federal Benefits:

Collaborate closely with the Gallery's IT department and engage in pioneering projects that leverage technology to expand the Gallery's reach and enrich the cultural experience of a diverse audience. Key Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain all modules within Alma/PrimoVE, ensuring system performance and user satisfaction. Lead technical projects, including system upgrades and troubleshooting, to maintain optimal functionality and security. Act as the technical liaison with system vendors and the Gallery's Digital Services department, coordinating IT initiatives and integrations. Enhance system capabilities through innovative IT solutions, including integrations with our DAMS and website. Create and manage content for the discovery web portal, improving user experience and accessibility. Collaborate with the Gallery's IT department and external partners to integrate cutting-edge technologies and enhance system capabilities.
