Together, we reimagine good mornings and endless summers, strive for more sustainable ways to beautify and bond, and do it all with not only confidence but determination.Overview:We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid search, retail media (including DSP, CTV, OLV, etc.) and paid social across various advertising platforms for our Feminine Care brands Playtex, Carefree & o.b. This role requires an innovative thinker who has the ability to quickly pivot between strategy, analysis, and execution. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of how to best optimize marketing efforts across the full-funnel, to align with our business goals, driving incremental sales and maximizing ROI. They should have strong experience with the eCommerce landscape and the best in class foundational building blocks that are necessary to win in the eCommerce retailer space (Amazon, Walmart, Target, etc.).Responsibilities:Marketing Integration:

Partner closely with the Brand Marketing team to build media plans that seamlessly integrate search, retail media, and paid social strategies into overall marketing initiatives.eCommerce Strategy:

Partner with the Brand Marketing, Sales, and Growth Strategy & Analytics teams to co-develop strategies that will grow our eCommerce sales & share.Campaign Planning & Execution:

Develop, execute, and optimize full-funnel campaigns across various platforms including Google, Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, Roundel, Facebook, etc., understanding the nuances between each. Create targeted campaigns that align with consumer behavior and shopping trends to ensure optimal reach and engagement. This includes budget allocations, bidding strategies, tactics, channels, and placements.Performance Tracking & Analysis:

Analyze performance data on an ongoing basis. This includes monitoring overall category and competitor trends, share trends, sales performance, and profitability. Develop in-campaign and end of campaign performance reports that provide actionable insights for optimization and budget allocation.Optimization Plans:

Create and implement optimization plans, including A/B testing methodologies, to manage campaign budgets effectively, enhance performance in turn increasing our SOV and driving incremental ROAS.Keyword Research:

Conduct ongoing keyword research, monitor keyword trends and competitive analysis to uncover insights that refine targeting and content strategies.Content Strategy:

Collaborate with the Brand Marketing and Creative teams on content strategies, including landing page optimizations and A+ content creation, to boost conversion rates. Partner with the SEO manager on the development of plans that improve our on-shelf visibility and SOV.Market & Platform Trends:

Stay updated on industry trends and advertising platform updates. Leverage new offerings, features, launches, betas, and test opportunities. Partner with the Digital Insights team on social listening across the Fem Care category to identify trends and opportunities in the social space.Best Practices:

Maintain knowledge of best practices and strategies in performance marketing, sharing insights with the broader organization.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing or related field.Minimum of 3 years experience in performance marketing planning and execution with a strong focus on paid search, retail media, and paid social.Experience with and knowledge of the eCommerce retailer fundamentals (Amazon.com, Walmart.com, Target.com, etc.).Hands-on executional experience with Google, Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, Roundel, Facebook, Instagram, etc.Knowledge of marketing automation tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Pacvue & Amazon Marketing Cloud).In-depth understanding of integrated channel strategies, media planning, and activation. You have experience using different media channels and understand how each can be used to build brands.Data-driven mindset with a passion for digging into performance drivers and generating insights. Ability to leverage data to highlight effectiveness and incrementality of paid media spend.Able to create advanced media plans with minimal assistance or input from senior personnel.Biased toward action. Takes initiative, is entrepreneurial, can hit the ground running and move projects forward right from the start.You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and open to pivoting strategies as the business evolves.Strong communication skills (oral, written, listening). This includes the ability to make effective presentations to all levels of management.The salary range for this position is $96,000 - $144,000. The actual base salary offered to a candidate may vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance.Edgewell is an equal opportunity employer.
