About the role
Reporting to the Chief Sales Officer, the Head of Marketing will lead marketing activities for Tritium across each region globally. This role is responsible for developing, project managing, and executing online and offline marketing and communications strategies to increase brand awareness and generate demand for Tritium products and services.
This role will build strong relationships with Tritium’s partners and customers, fostering those relationships and knowledge into compelling, actionable, and measurable campaigns across paid, earned, shared, and owned media, and events.
Campaign development:
Strategize, plan, and execute global and regional campaigns across paid, earned, shared, and owned media.
Strategic support and content creation:
Develop presentations, collateral and more to help sales and other parts of the business achieve success through polished and well-considered materials.
Lead generation:
Build and execute lead generation campaigns that generate qualified leads for Tritium’s direct sales team. Work with the sales team to ensure that leads are properly routed and tracked within Tritium’s CRM.
Content:
Produce well-written and well-considered content for social media, web articles, email, PR, webinars, and sales presentations.
Brand management:
Facilitate a positive brand image for Tritium. Thoughtfully manage the Tritium brand globally and in all regional markets to increase share of voice and brand awareness.
Events and tradeshows:
Manage events and sponsorship across each region. Work with regional sales and business development to source, plan, and successfully execute online and offline tradeshows and events.
Automation:
Design, implement, and manage Tritium’s marketing automation platform, including lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and email marketing campaigns.
Partner marketing:
Build strong relationships with Tritium’s partners and customers and assist the regional sales teams when needed.
Reporting:
Define regional goals and KPIs, and leverage best practices to track, monitor, report, and improve campaign performance. Prepare and present reports on campaign success and deliverables.
About you
B.A. or B.S., with a preference for marketing or communications related field.
Minimum of 5 years communications and marketing experience in corporate communications, public relations and/or marketing. Experience in the energy or transportation industry is desirable.
Strong knowledge of lead generation best practices, including inbound marketing, content marketing, and SEO.
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms.
