JOB SUMMARY
Our team of influencer marketing experts is growing, and we're looking for people who not only understand the social media landscape but live and breathe on the cutting edge of it. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing influencer campaigns, merch and branded box projects, collaborating with product development teams, and overseeing social metrics and sales related to influencer marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in influencer marketing, project management, product development, and sales analytics.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to promote products through influencer box projects.Collaborate with product development teams to create unique and engaging products for influencer collaborations.Identify and engage with relevant influencers to participate in influencer campaigns for paid partnerships.Manage relationships with influencers and ensure timely delivery of influencer boxes and organic gifting program.Analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of influencer marketing campaigns.Track sales performance related to influencer marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed to drive revenue.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on influencer marketing goals and objectives.Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing and product development.Prepare regular reports on the performance of influencer marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.Lead and mentor junior team members in executing influencer marketing projects effectively.Proficient with Grin Influencer Marketing Platform and Creator IQ (as known as Tribe Dynamics) to track campaign performance and measure metricsUtilizes Grin to create activations, track campaigns and submit paymentsTracks monthly campaigns on Creator IQ and submits monthly reportingQUALIFICATIONS

2+ years experience in influencer marketingBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.Proven experience in influencer marketing, preferably in managing influencer box projects.Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in analyzing social media metrics and using data to drive decision-making.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and internal stakeholders.Knowledge of product development processes and the ability to collaborate with product teams effectively.Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and sales analytics tools.Creative thinking and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Leadership experience and the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Lifting: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.Reaching: Extending hands and arms in any direction.Sitting: Must be able to remain in the seated, stationary position throughout the workday.
