You will work closely with our Influencer Marketing and Events Manager to support influencer marketing strategy, event / PR initiatives, project management, and market research. This role is ideal for someone with prior marketing internship experience who is passionate about fashion and eager to learn and grow within a creative environment.Responsibilities:Weekly Order Placing + PR Box Send-Outs : Place weekly seeding orders and manage monthly PR box send-outs.Daily Macro Influencer Outreach:
Conduct daily outreach to macro influencers for gifting.Track Influencer Activities:
Monitor and log influencer posts and key metrics; collaborate with teams to report on sales and impressions data from influencer postsUpdate Seeding Sheets:
Perform weekly tracking from influencer posts; highlight content suitable for paid ads and ensure accuracy.Manage Influencer Lists:
Add and assess new influencers for potential collaborations; monitor and adjust the performance of existing influencers.Research Competitors & Trends:
Research competitor activities and document successful strategies; track emerging trends in influencer marketing; support in developing community and influencer events in key markets.Handle Influencer Gifting:
Schedule and manage personalized gifts for influencers.Engage VIP Influencers:
Research and add VIP influencers to the global list; develop engagement strategies for these influencers.Event Preparation:
Assist with planning and logistics for community and influencer events in LA.Requirements:Previous internship experience in influencer marketing, event planning, or a related field.Strong communication and organizational skills.Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas informed by competitive analysis.Exceptional attention to detail.Proven event planning abilities.Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with the Gen Z influencer landscape is a plus!Proficiency in social media platformsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and platforms.Strong research skills to stay ahead of trending in the influencer and events space
