We are looking for a self-starter who is interested in helping Cider, a global e-commerce fashion brand for Generation Z, to scale in the US market. So far, Cider has already made some good progress in the market. With around a 5M follower base, Cider dives deep into influencer marketing and social media marketing to build our brand locally.
As Cider's Assistant Marketing Manager, we want you to take Cider to the next level. You need to work on user acquisition strategies, enhance Cider's brand image, and build up local relationships utilizing your local know-how and connections. This is a highly collaborative, fast-paced role that demands ownership, excellent execution, teamwork, and a deep understanding of the market.
What You'll Do
- Lead social media strategy planning and manage local Cider social media accounts to build a better local identity of Cider with contents
- Develop an influencer collaboration strategy, by connecting with influencers and agencies to spread word and conduct influencer campaigns
- Identify key bottlenecks and opportunities in building brand awareness and sale growth in the German market, including PR, offline events, SEO, etc.
- Create and operate a Cider focus group - continuously collect local customer feedback and suggestions
- Give advice on improving website localization, by product optimization, sharing local fashion trends, and planning marketing promotions
What You'll Need
- Deep understanding of fashion and e-commerce industry
- Existing relationships within the fashion/advertising/e-commerce industry are a strong plus
- A proactive, entrepreneurial, self-starter attitude. Comfort with ambiguity and ability to define a clear strategic direction in a fast-moving environment
- Creative problem-solving abilities and expertise in balancing and articulating trade-offs
- Excellent analytical skills and strategic thinking skills; ability to both see the big picture and dive into details
- Ability to work well with a diverse international team
