We are seeking a Community Manager for a small, 33-unit, apartment community in Rockingham. Qualified Professionals will have at least two years of property management experience in affordable housing. This position is part-time, offering 20-24 hours per week, during day-time business hours.
Summary of Position:
Leasing and marketing vacant and upcoming apartmentsResident certifyingAssisting residents, answering the telephone, and responding to emailsCompleting all lease paperworkCompleting and processing applicationsExplaining lease agreements and all appropriate addenda to new residentsWalking apartments and property to report all necessary improvements.Upkeep the office and clubhouseRent collectionsProcessing invoicesOther duties as assignedEducation Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalentJob Requirements:
Good organizational skillsGood verbal and written skillsStrong customer service orientationMust have reliable transportation and a valid licenseAffordable housing experience a plusSchedule:
Weekdays20-24 hours per week
