The Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) integrated operating unit tirelessly strives to improve and save the lives of people around the world who are living with cardiac arrhythmias. Our industry leading portfolio is comprised of pacemakers, defibrillators, and implantable cardiac monitors – all of which transmit data to programmers and patient device monitors. This data is then used to help clinicians make informed decisions about how to best treat patients over the lifetime of the device. The programmers, patient device monitors, and the Carelink software combine to serve as the Patient Care Systems (PCS) portfolio.The Sr. Group Marketing Manager, Patient Care Systems will lead a team responsible for creating and executing marketing plans to effectively communicate the value of the Patient Care System portfolio to patients, customers, and our field-based teams. This person will also help drive alignment between their direct reports and their functional PCS counterparts to ensure the seamless execution of product launches and software downloads. Additionally, this role will work in partnership with the US Commercial Transformation team to drive service model innovation and adoption of key technologies, resulting in margin expansion and efficiencies in care. This person will report directly to the VP, Global CRM Marketing and Communications and serve as a member of the broader leadership team.Responsibilities

Coach team members as they build a robust marketing plan for an upcoming launch.Facilitate sessions with key opinion leaders on how to effectively communicate the value of our portfolio.Align with PCS leaders on operating mechanisms that improve work processes.Kick-off a global call with regional partners to communicate new software updates and timelines.Explore and present disruptive business models that may increase therapy adoption or patient access.Attend trade shows to understand the market and monitor activity of competitive offerings.Support manager during Strategy Planning and Annual Operating Plan processes.Who You Are

Minimum of 7 years of product marketing, commercial marketing, strategy development experience with a bachelor’s degree with 5 years of people management experience.OR Minimum of 5 years of product marketing, commercial marketing, strategy development experience with a bachelor’s degree with 5 years of people management experience.Nice to Have

Product management of software products.MBA.Experience in the creation of new service or business models.Experience in working with global teams.Ability to create clear goals and ensure role clarity for direct reports.Ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams.Strong experience in product marketing and go-to-market strategy development.Experience developing and executing commercial marketing plans, sales enablement strategies.Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written).Demonstration of change management skills.Ability to summarize complex strategies and data in a clear and concise manner.Highly organized with the ability to manage and balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Flexibility and adaptability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a dynamic and evolving landscape.Physical Job Requirements

PR) locations (USD): $151,200.00 - $226,800.00. This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP). The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).About Medtronic
