The Vice President Sales & Marketing directly manages the Sales and Marketing organization and reports to the President of IDEX Health and Science (IH&S) and is part of the IH&S Leadership Team.Responsibilities:The VP Sales & Marketing is responsible for the sales & marketing strategy, execution, and performance.Provide leadership, strategic vision, and functional expertise to effectively lead global Sales and Marketing colleagues across North America, Europe, and Asia.Accountable for building and leading the strategy for training and development of the sales function.Develop and deploy strategies to achieve sustainable, profitable growth.Ability to travel a minimum of 50% of the time.Requirements & Experience:A dynamic leader with a successful track record of growth and exceeding plan.Global Sales & Marketing Leadership experience in 300M+ businesses with specific experience in Life science Instruments required.Proven record of building a high performing organization.Deep knowledge of technologies and applications in the Life Sciences / Biotech market preferred.Track record as an agent of change.Demonstrated success in leading global teams with a strong culture and results orientation.Excellent communication, relationship building, and leadership skills.Bachelor's degree required - in Science, Engineering, MBA preferred.IDEX Health & Science LLC., a Unit of IDEX Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to workforce diversity.Are you ready to join a different kind of company where our people, our culture, and our commitments are centered around providing trusted solutions that improve lives around the world?Total RewardsThe compensation range for this position is $210,000.00 - $315,000.00, depending on experience.
