Responsibilities:
The VP Sales & Marketing is responsible for the sales & marketing strategy, execution, and performance.
This leader will provide the leadership, strategic vision and functional expertise required to effectively lead global Sales and Marketing colleagues across North America, Europe and Asia.
Accountable for building and leading the strategy for training and development of the sales function.
Develop and deploy strategies to achieve sustainable, profitable growth.
Open to consider remote based candidates, however we prefer candidates based near Rohnert Park, CA or Rochester, NY.
Requirements & Experience:
A dynamic leader with a successful track record of growth and exceeding plan.
Global Sales & Marketing Leadership experience in 300M+ businesses with specific experience in Life science Instruments (analytical instruments and biotechnology) required.
Proven record of building a high performing organization; demonstrated success in leading Sales and Marketing organizations and building critical capabilities in a complex selling environment.
Deep knowledge of technologies and applications in the Life Sciences / Biotech market preferred.
Track record as an agent of change, who has established customer-centric and growth-minded teams.
Demonstrated success in leading global teams with a strong culture and results orientation.
Excellent communication, relationship building and leadership skills.
A hands-on leader who leads by example and inspires others.
Experience integrating acquired entities successfully into a larger corporate environment.
Bachelors degree required - in Science, Engineering, MBA preferred.
Total Rewards:
The compensation range for this position is $210,000.00 - $315,000.00, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.
