The Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism at USC is seeking a qualified Part-Time Lecturer to join the Master of Science in Digital Social Media (DSM) program. We are looking for a dynamic educator to teach two elective courses in Spring 2025: One focusing on Digital Media Innovation and another on User Interface Design.Key Responsibilities:Teach two elective courses during Spring 2025:

The successful candidate will have the expertise to teach elective courses that prepare students for the evolving digital media landscape, specifically in the following areas:Digital Media InnovationUser Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) DesignSearch Engine Optimization (SEO)Digital Media VenturesAnalytics & Artificial Intelligence (AI)Qualifications:Education:

A graduate degree in communication, business, education, or a related discipline is preferred but not required. Demonstrated expertise in digital media is essential.Teaching Experience:

Experience teaching at the undergraduate, graduate, or professional level, with strong student evaluations. Must have experience engaging diverse student populations and fostering an inclusive academic environment.Professional Experience:

At least 10 years of recent experience as an executive, entrepreneur, or consultant in digital media or a related field. Strong professional relationships with industry partners to support DSM students and alumni in career advancement are highly desirable.Skills:

This is a part-time position.
