is recruiting for a hospitality focused Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our team! The Marketing and Sales Coordinator/Move-In Coordinator works in accordance with the established policies and procedures of the community and/or specific instruction from the Director of Marketing and Sales. The Move-In Coordinator performs all the necessary functions of ensuring a successful move-in of all future residents.
Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Marketing and Sales Coordinator:Answers and directs incoming phone calls and manages the lead distribution systemGreets and serves all visits to the marketing office aligned with Extraordinary Impressions programPlans and implements all elements of marketing events (prospect and wait list) within the approved budgetProcesses all deposits, cancellations, transfers, and other documentsResponsible for the maintenance of LCS systems that impact marketing including but not limited to Salesforce and C3LinC. Produces reports as needed out of systemsProcesses invoices and responsible for tracking department budgetManages the office by tracking inventory and ordering office supplies, collateral, and other materialsOversees the office schedule, including events, staff schedules and appointmentsResponsible for updating community social media in conjunction with agency partners including managing the schedule and execution of locally produced video content and social media postings.Creates wait list newsletter and other activities to keep wait list members engagedPrepares all closing documents and assists all buyers with paperwork and documents needed prior to closingManages new resident orientationProvides coverage in the marketing office for sales related activities as neededWorks with Trillium Woods Plant Operations team to coordinate any needed construction, bids, pricing and is responsible for informing prospective resident of additional costs related to requests. Serves as main point of contact with prospective customer for information regarding progressAttends weekly RSG meetingsAfter sale, meets with prospective resident to begin planning for move. This can include floor planning, downsizing tips and linking the prospective resident with moving resourcesAssists prospective resident as needed in working with moving resourcesSchedules closing appointments and participates with other required personnel in closings.Provides new residents with keys, garage stickers and nametags to ensure positive transition.Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:
Administrative degree minimum three years related work experience.Organizational skillsEvent Planning and executionExperience in a professional office setting or hospitality environment, where good communication (especially telephone) and customer relations skills are essentialProficient in the use of various software including all Microsoft Office applications as well as video platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Constant Contact, Zoom and others
Rate of Pay starts at $46,000.00 per year B.O.E.
