Marketing Automation Analyst - La Crosse, WI:
The Marketing Automation Analyst acts as a power-user of the marketing automation technology platforms. This position works closely with the Marketing Team and other internal departments to strategize, coordinate, and promote both Kwik Rewards and Kwik Trip marketing campaigns through customer-facing digital communications. Automation and Personalization will be at the forefront of this position.
Primary job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Segments and structures the audiences of Kwik Trip's customer-facing digital communicationsDesigns and builds automated and dynamic customer-facing digital campaignsWorks closely with Digital Team, Loyalty Team, Marketing Department, and other internal departments to ensure all customer relationship initiative efforts are alignedAssists with the management of Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities and dataQualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related field of study.Minimum 1-3 years of experience in marketing automation technology platform.Certifications for Salesforce are strongly preferred.Successful candidates should demonstrate:
Knowledge and understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar toolsExperience working with large volumes of dataStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skills - demonstrated ability to mine data for relevant and actionable insightsStrong understanding of data management including data strategy, data quality, and data governance.Skilled in SQL and/or other query languagesKnowledge of basic segmentation and targeting practices to optimize campaign successKnowledge of Microsoft Office Suite productsExcellent organization and time management skillsExcellent communication skillsAbility to define opportunities and problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, and make valid conclusionsAbility to work well alone as well as with a teamPerforms well in an environment with tight deadlines, competing priorities, and multiple projects
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, daytime hours.
