Join the Snowflake Marketing Operations team as a Campaign Operations Specialist, where you will play a critical role in streamlining processes and executing flawless multi-channel marketing campaigns like webinars, events, emails and content creation. As part of the team, you will leverage your expertise in Marketo and process documentation to optimize workflows, enhance campaign execution, and implement process improvements. Your role will ensure the seamless delivery of campaigns, elevating our marketing effectiveness and providing operational excellence to our stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify, document, and implement process enhancements that streamline webinars, events, list uploads, emails, and campaign workflows to increase operational efficiency. Establish repeatable processes and automation workflows, ensuring standardization, consistency, and reliability of marketing data.Design, implement, and manage automated, multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, landing pages, and forms) using Marketo, ensuring seamless execution across all stages of the campaign lifecycle.Create comprehensive documentation for campaign operations, process improvements, and technical solutions. Ensure non-technical teams have clear, user-friendly documentation to simplify complex procedures.Build repeatable processes and templates, improve workflows, optimize data collection, implement quality assurance programs to drive standardization.Keep up to date on industry trends and best practices in marketing automation and event platform management; incorporate new insights into campaign strategies and execution.Manage the production and deployment of email marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with overall marketing strategies and best practices. Conduct A/B testing and optimize emails to enhance engagement and deliverability rates.QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years of experience in a marketing operations role.Advanced or certified in Marketo, with a solid understanding of Salesforce.Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail; capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.A customer-first approach when working with internal stakeholders.Experience with Wrike or similar project management tools.Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager and Workato (or similar tools) is a plus.Every Snowflake employee is expected to follow the company’s confidentiality and security standards for handling sensitive data. The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:
The estimated base salary range for this role is $88,000 - $117,600.Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake’s bonus and equity plan.The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
