As a Channel Marketing Specialist your goal is to focus on dealer recruitment, new customer onboarding and dealer development. You will collaborate internally with marketing, sales and commercial operations to achieve key business unit goals and strategic initiatives. You will collaborate with dealers, distributors and retailers on marketing including co-op and our customer advertising programs.
You will do this by:Generating and deploying content, training and presentations working with channel partnersManaging internal specialist (direct report) for dealer recruitmentOnboarding new customers including managing local digital advertising to drive new businessInterfacing with dealers on consumer leads including managing the distribution and disposition programCollaborating with management, marketing and sales to develop channel marketing and sales strategies while executing across an integrated marketing planWorking with marketing communications to develop and distribute channel specific communications including email campaigns, printed collateral, merchandising, digital content, advertising and customer presentationsFrequently evaluating channel marketing, promotions and customer needs to make recommendations to managementAssisting in planning and execution of trade shows and eventsThe above statements are intended only to describe the general nature of the job and should not be construed as an all-inclusive list of position responsibilities.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field OR equivalent education and experienceMinimum of three years, with five or more preferred, experience in marketing or related fieldPreferred Qualifications:
Experience with CRM/lead management softwareAdditional Knowledge & Skills:
Well-developed understanding of business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketing and sales practicesDigital marketing including: SEM, social media, email marketing and database managementOrganized with ability to handle multiple projects independentlyStrong ability to communicate (verbal, written) and collaborate cross functionally in a fast-paced environmentProject management skillsTeam-orientedFluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or locationTravel Required:
