Compensation Range: $30-40/hr W2


Job Description:Our client is seeking a talented Content Designer to join their Brand & Marketing Studio team. This role is focused on creating compelling and creative email content for customer communications. The ideal candidate has a strong balance of creative writing skills and a solid understanding of design principles, with expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and HTML.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create engaging email content that aligns with brand guidelines and customer journey goals.
  • Use email-building tools like Stripo or similar WYSIWYG editors to develop email templates and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, marketers) to ensure content meets project objectives.
  • Work within enterprise-scale email development workflows, managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
  • Apply creative design acumen to optimize email layout, copy, and user experience while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Revise content based on feedback from stakeholders and review cycles.
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements within the content production team.

Must-Haves

  • 3-5 years of experience in content design or a related role (preferably in a large enterprise setting).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing creative copywriting and email content design.
  • Experience with Stripo or similar email-building tools.
  • Proficiency in HTML.
  • Strong design acumen with an ability to evaluate the visual and functional aspects of email content.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working with project management frameworks (e.g., Agile/Scrum) and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).

Soft Skills
