Job Description: Our client is seeking a talented Content Designer to join their Brand & Marketing Studio team. This role is focused on creating compelling and creative email content for customer communications. The ideal candidate has a strong balance of creative writing skills and a solid understanding of design principles, with expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and HTML.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate engaging email content that aligns with brand guidelines and customer journey goals.Use email-building tools like Stripo or similar WYSIWYG editors to develop email templates and campaigns.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, marketers) to ensure content meets project objectives.Work within enterprise-scale email development workflows, managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.Apply creative design acumen to optimize email layout, copy, and user experience while adhering to brand guidelines.Revise content based on feedback from stakeholders and review cycles.Contribute to ongoing process improvements within the content production team.Must-Haves3-5 years of experience in content design or a related role (preferably in a large enterprise setting).A strong portfolio showcasing creative copywriting and email content design.Experience with Stripo or similar email-building tools.Proficiency in HTML.Strong design acumen with an ability to evaluate the visual and functional aspects of email content.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Experience working with project management frameworks (e.g., Agile/Scrum) and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).Soft SkillsStrong communication skills with the ability to incorporate feedback effectively.Creative problem-solving and adaptability in a dynamic environment.Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work and continuous learning.Nice to HavesFamiliarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and journey orchestration.Knowledge of other email building tools or platforms.Previous experience working with large brands or in a similar industry.
