Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented individual with a passion for live streaming and social media content creation to help grow our audience and increase product sales. As our Social Media Live Stream Host & Content Creator, you’ll be responsible for hosting engaging live streams on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, showcasing our products, educating our audience, and creating exciting, regular content that connects with our followers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Host engaging and informative live streaming sessions on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, driving sales and increasing brand followers.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop live stream schedules, plan product features, and execute promotional campaigns.
• Create engaging, high-quality video content and social media posts to maintain an active presence across platforms.
• Engage with the audience during live streams, answering questions, promoting products, and building community relationships.
• Support the marketing team with regular content creation, contributing to social media strategies and brand consistency.
• Analyze live stream and content performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve engagement and drive conversions.

Schedule:

• Minimum of 20 hours per week, with working hours scheduled based on company needs.
• Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on scheduling requirements.

Compensation:

• $21.00 - $40.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
• Potential for commissions based on sales performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in live streaming or content creation on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube.
• Strong on-camera presence, with the ability to entertain and educate an audience.
• Understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and audience engagement techniques.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail.
• Team-oriented with excellent communication skills and a creative mindset.
• Experience in the home appliance or consumer goods industry is a plus.
