We want you to provide valuable insight and help shape our plans for expansion.+ Essential Job FunctionsLead and develop our marketing team ensuring their success and growth within their role.Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans for all three concepts, including traditional and digital marketing channels such as email marketing, social media, influencer partnerships, and paid advertising.Coordinate website, online ordering channels and all digital outreach.Work closely with the Executive Chef and Operations Team of each concept to develop promotional campaigns that align with the overall brand message.Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance, using data and insights to optimize future strategies.Ownership of all digital communication channels including web inquiries, social media messages and review sites.Manage and execute all social media accounts, including creating and scheduling content and Identify and engage with emerging social technologies.Collaborate with third party design teams to create compelling marketing materials such as flyers, menus, and signage.Build relationships with local media outlets and influencers to increase brand awareness and secure press coverage.Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that all spending aligns with business goals and delivers a positive return on investment.Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in restaurant and hospitality marketing, regularly sharing insights and recommendations with the leadership team.Maintain current community partnerships and actively develop new relationships including sponsorships and collaborative partnerships. Oversee all sponsor and partner activations.Organize, lead, and promote community events that CHG actively serves and supports.Ensure proper communication channels across all brands.+ Education, Experience, and Desired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.At least 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the restaurant/hospitality industry.Strong digital marketing background, with a deep understanding of social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.Proven ability to analyze data and use insights to drive marketing strategy.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.Ability to multitask and attention to detail.Preferred experience with Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Suite, Asana, WordPress, multi-channel marketing software (eg Constant Contact, HubSpot, or similar).Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices.Physical requirements: prolonged periods of sitting or standing, ability to lift 25+ lbs., reach above your head, and lift below the waistline.Must have vehicle and a valid driver's license.+ What's in it for You!Pay$ 75,000- $95,000 annual salary (Employees are paid
