Our client, the world's largest digital agency, is seeking a Senior Level Quantitative UX Research Consultant to work onsite at their client 5 days per week in Seattle, starting ASAP through January 2025, with the possibility to extend. You will need your own laptop to start work but a laptop will be provided for you by the employer during the assignment. Hands on experience with market research tools is required. Tool / methodology proficiency requirements include: - Regressions, ANOVA - T-Tests - Python - SQL - STATA - SPSS, or equivalent tools. - Google Colag and Big query. Jupyter *- Figma * The Quantitative UX Researcher will: - Be leading UX Research activities for a division of a major ecommerce retailer - Attending weekly team and client meetings where you will be an active participant - Work as the only researcher on a larger team supporting multiple verticals - Keep the workflow moving forward, problem solving as needed The ideal candidate must: - Have at least 8 years of UX research experience - Have proven Adobe and Figma experience - Previous Ecommerce / retail experience is helpful, but not required - Have excellent written and verbal communication skills - Be a self starter who takes initiative and is proactive with their work - Be comfortable working in a startup-like environment within a larger enterprise client - Be able to jump into work with no hand holding

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
