WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
If you love the allure of digital and social media, have hands-on expertise with programmatic, SEM and/or paid social media platforms and maximizing ROI, we may have the perfect role for you.
As our Media Supervisor, you’ll be a key member of the team responsible for the successful day-to-day management and campaign implementation for one of the most respected insurance companies in the industry.
There’s also the potential for “special project” cross-over on campaigns for some of the top gaming and entertainment companies on the planet, and participation in internal AI product testing.
Overall, you will be immersed in the science and supernatural art of making media work like magic.
The Day-to-Day:
- Collaborate: Interact daily with Director-level leads, the paid media planning and implementation team, and extended MarSci, Account, Creative, Social, Influencer teams to plan, execute and optimize campaigns.
- Co-ManageCampaigns: Plan, QA, implement, optimize campaigns through top digital, social, programmatic platforms on a direct “hands-on-keyboard” and team management basis.
- Co-DevelopPlans: Create digital media strategies and comprehensive presentations that detail campaign strategy and support documentation (research, flowcharts, analysis, competitive audits etc.).
- QA: Implement, refine, and enforce established protocol.
- Creative Trafficking: Work with internal agency creative and external client teams on trafficking (plans, deadlines, specification sheets, delivery etc.), manage self-serve platform creative process.
- Campaign Monitoring: Manage all aspects of digital media implementation, delivery monitoring and optimization (from hands-on to team member oversight)
- Sharing Knowledge: Train team members on best practices in digital, social, programmatic digital media fundamentals, policies, procedures, and systems.
- ReinforceIndustry Knowledge: Continue mastering the client business, competitive landscape, technologies, terms, trends, costs, media innovations and proactively identify new media opportunities and challenges (impacting clients).
- Refine Team
- Identify ways to improve efficiency while fostering team and individual team member growth.
- Build Long-lasting Relationships: Establish trust, expertise and rapport with internal agency stakeholders, clients and vendor partners.

WHAT YOU'LL (IDEALLY) BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Expertise: 3-4+ years of hands-on digital planning, implementation and reporting expertise on self-serve platforms (emphasis on full-funnel Digital/Mobile/SEM/Programmatic)
- Credentials: Bachelors degree (Business, Marketing, Social/Programmatic media certifications are a plus) and relevant paid-media related work experience
- Proven Experience: Expert-grade paid social (Meta, TikTok, X, Snap etc.) and/or programmatic (DV360, Trade Desk) in-platform experience as well as campaign implementation and trafficking – turn-key campaign strategy, execution, analysis, optimization
- Familiarity: Working knowledge of media ad verification, brand safety platforms, tag manager platforms
- Insights: Ability to develop and present media analysis and manage dashboards and BI tools (Datorama, Tableau, and Google Data Studio etc).
- Knowledge: An understanding of MMPs, the Mobile App User Acquisition space in driving installs at scale and maximize in-app revenue (certifications are a plus)
- Relationship: Excellent client relationship and team building skills, written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
- Pluses: Traditional media, insurance and adjacent industry experience, media platform certifications
- Adaptability and Curiosity: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, deadline driven environment combined with a natural drive to constantly innovate and learn
