Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
• Optimize content for SEO to increase visibility and engagement.
• Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.
• Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve performance and achieve KPIs.
• Partner with third-party vendors to develop and execute TV and billboard marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using analytics to inform future strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in creating and executing social media strategies.
• Hands-on experience with SEO and social media platforms, particularly TikTok and Instagram.
• Experience partnering with third-party vendors for TV and billboard marketing plans.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in the Insurance or Financial Services industry is a plus.

Direct Hire : $100,000-140,000/year

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
