About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing strategy across all digital channels. This is a unique opportunity to build a data-driven digital marketing program from the ground up, augmenting our established institutional sales and client service efforts. The role requires a blend of strategy, data analysis, and project management, making you a key player in campaign planning and execution, covering web, SEO, email, and social media marketing.
As Digital Marketing Manager, you will maintain our social media presence across all channels, manage budgets, and measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns. You will also support our internal marketing and sales enablement tools (Seismic and Salesforce) and serve as the subject matter expert on system integrations across digital properties.
This role requires a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies, as well as the ability to lead integrated campaigns from concept to execution. You will report to the Product Manager and work closely with both the Product Management and Marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing strategy across all digital channels.
- Design, build, and maintain a consistent brand presence on social media.
- Measure and report performance of digital campaigns, assessing them against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights, optimizing spend and performance accordingly.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Evaluate and enhance the end-to-end customer experience across channels and touchpoints.
- Optimize user funnels and conversion points.
- Collaborate with Westfield's compliance team to ensure all digital marketing adheres to regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with agencies and vendor partners.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and provide thought leadership on adoption where appropriate.
- Communicate the impact of digital marketing initiatives on business growth and client retention.
- Support internal marketing and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Seismic).
- Create web, email, and social media campaign templates and thought leadership content.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with proven success in managing and executing marketing communications plans and initiatives.
- Experience in asset management preferred.
- Experience running A/B tests and experiments.
- Experience with AI tools and prompting preferred (e.g., ChatGPT).
- Proficiency with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Expertise in the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and performance measurement.
- Experience with Salesforce and Seismic preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to deliver results.
- A high degree of intellectual curiosity.
- Creativity and proficiency with PowerPoint and Word are a plus.
