We are on a mission to build a legacy with truly remarkable people who can create something special for generations to come!What you'll doAs the Customer Marketing Manager (CMM), you will be responsible for identifying customer needs and implementing action steps to maximize Tru Fru's market position. The CMM will execute MAPS strategies, Portfolio Changes, New Item Launches, Sales Operations objectives, Trade Spend efficiency, & Channel Strategy. The CMM will be the point person and voice of Sales to the Operations, & Marketing departments.Sales OperationsAct as the liaison between Sales & OperationsFacilitate sales and operations collaboration as the point person for salesBuild processes and tools to assist sales with supply needsManage
Sales & Supply Execution Tracker
to inform any changes in ship dates and quantitiesAssist with Supply Chain communications and lettersProvide key analysis in facilitating new item distribution forecasts by channel/customer
Sales Strategy & SRMCo-lead annual planning process with the Strategic Demand Leader; collecting insights & segmentationSales Playbook (MAPS) development - as go to market brand and execution guidelines to enable sales teams to build Customer plans that deliver against the Annual PlanDeploy Customer level trade budgets & targets along with MAPS directionFacilitate ad hoc projects and incremental funding requestsSupport the management top down / bottom up plan creation and reconciliationAssess pricing performance and strategy and initiate price / pack recommendations to capitalize on strengths and mitigate challenges for product portfolioAssist Strategic Demand Leader in Channel Strategy development and execution across key trade planning metrics: volume, trade efficiency/spending, new items execution/distribution
Sales MarketingAct as the liaison between Sales & MarketingRepresent sales in the S+OP Commercialization process for innovation and renovationCollaborate with Marketing to create Sales toolkits & new item slidesExecute Marketing strategies & campaigns at the customer level
What you'll bring to tru fruExperience working directly with major US retailersExperience leading cross-functional projects from start to execution
You have...5+ years of CPG experience in trade/customer marketing, sales, or project managementBachelor's Degree in a business field or related area of studyMicrosoft Suite proficiencyAbility to travel between 10-15% of the time while in role
