Associate Marketing Manager

As our new Associate Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of multichannel campaigns to support audience generation for both virtual and in-person events, brand awareness campaigns, the growth and nurturing of our audience, and initiatives to promote greater content consumption of our independently produced content. The opportunity will focus on developing, executing, and measuring traditional & digital media marketing tactics intended primarily for our health care provider (HCP) audience in the oncology space.

Responsibilities

Develop strategies and implement tactics to support event marketing and brand campaignsSupport quarterly and annual marketing plan development in collaboration with key stakeholdersDevelop and thoroughly proofread copy for promotional materials including but not limited to event registration websites, emails, social media posts, flyers, banners, website pop-ups, and print piecesCoordinate promotional efforts with other members of the marketing team to ensure coverage for all activitiesTrack, monitor, report on, and course correct marketing activities using insights gained from data analysisCreate and implement with stakeholder support automation journeys to be deployed via HubSpot, Ortto, and other ESPGain situational awareness of the HCP audience and the competitive environment to inform decision makingWork collaboratively across internal departments to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual business goalsAttend and participate on daily/weekly/monthly meetings inclusive of but not limited to meetings with the Business Unit, Sales Team, Editorial Team, and the immediate Oncology Marketing TeamQualifications, Characteristics, & Skillset
