The Team
The Veeqo team is a subsidiary of Amazon (acquired in 2021 (See: News). The marketing team uses data, seller insights, and creative thinking to invent, test and scale programs that raise awareness of Veeqo and drive Sellers to signup/engage with our sales team. We’re a close-knit group of marketers (functional channel owners, product marketers, creatives, content marketers, etc) who collaborate well and enjoy a fast pace of delivery.
The Role
Veeqo is seeking a seasoned Senior Marketing Operations Manager to oversee the optimization of our marketing processes and data workflows. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for mastering our internal approval procedures and data operations, streamlining the way the marketing team executes integrated campaigns. Known as a barrier-breaker, you will forge deep cross-functional relationships, earn trust, and establish efficient ways of working that unlock new data sources and enable seamless MarTech onboarding. Exceptionally organized and technically adept, you will developing comprehensive documentation, coordinate team progress mechanisms, and drive integrated marketing initiatives. Key job responsibilities
Manage relationships with external MarTech partners and vendors, facilitate knowledge sharing, and serve as the primary point of contact for all cross-functional marketing technology-related inquiries and issues.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive, cross-channel marketing calendar that aligns with Veeqo's overall marketing strategy and objectives.
Ensure seamless integration and coordination of campaigns across digital, social, email, content, events, and other marketing initiatives.
Monitor and track marketing budgets across different channels and campaigns, oversee the processing of marketing-related invoices and payments, and provide budget forecasting and recommendations to optimize marketing spending and return on investment.
Prepare and organize detailed business review documents that analyze marketing campaign and channel performance, identify key metrics and opportunities for improvement, and provide data-driven recommendations.
Evaluate and recommend new marketing technologies (e.g., marketing automation, CRM, analytics) to enhance operational efficiency and marketing effectiveness, and collaborate with the IT and engineering teams to oversee their implementation and integration.
Develop training materials and provide ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of marketing tools by the broader team.
Partner closely with Sales Operations and Business Analytics to holding a high bar for marketing attribution and pipeline health.
Basic Qualifications
6+ years of program or project management experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a marketing operations or cross-channel marketing role, preferably in a B2B or e-commerce environment.
Strong technical understanding of marketing technology (MarTech) and hands-on experience in onboarding and implementing new tools from start to finish.
Strong project management and coordination skills, with the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks. Expertise in Asana, JIRA, or a similar project management/task-tracking tools.
Experience managing budget and payment operations for a marketing organization.
Proficient in the use of marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (e.g., Marketo, Adobe Target, Salesforce).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex data and recommendations effectively.
Understanding of e-commerce and retail operations, including inventory management and order fulfillment, is a plus.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
