Social Media Ads Specialist
This position will be in charge of onboarding new social+ clients and working with them to set up their Business Ad Manager, verifying social media platforms are set up, and putting together a plan for unique and effective social ad campaigns. They will determine an ad budget with the client based on practice needs and demographics. They will create successful ad campaigns, provide detailed reporting, and review campaigns regularly to measure their success and make adjustments as necessary. They will own the results of the social campaigns. They will work with the Gargle Client Experience Teams as needed to help understand clients' results and campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Onboard New Clients - Introduce themselves to the client, set client expectations for the ad process, connect their Business Ad Manager. Set a monthly budget and discuss offers they may want to include in their ads. The Ad Specialist will log tasks in Salesforce noting that onboarding has been completed.
- Ad Creation & Quality Assurance - After onboarding and setting up a plan with the client, the Ad Specialist will work on creating the ads. Proofreading and quality assurance are a must before running an ad.
- Reporting - The Ad Specialist will be responsible for providing detailed reporting on ad campaigns monthly. Statistics, ad copies, and recommendations will be noted in Salesforce and tied to our Gargle Reporting Dashboard and monthly report.
- Measuring Campaign Success - The Ad Specialist will do regular reviews with the clients and campaigns and make adjustments as necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Ad Specialist or Digital Marketing Specialist
- Experience in data analysis and reporting
- Knowledge of social media ads and digital marketing concepts
- Familiarity with multiple platforms (e.g. AdWords, Facebook) is preferred
- Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, WebTrends, etc.)
- Proficient in Google Suite (particularly Sheets)
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical mind with strong math skills
- Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
