Minimum 2 years multi-family experience/2 years as a property manager/2 yrs tax credit experience. Multisite experience also preferred.High energy personality with focus on great resident service.Ability to motivate and train a large team on all aspects of their position including leasing, marketing, and collections.Problem solver, positive outlook, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.Must be proficient in computer skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel.Ability to compose notices and communication that is grammatically correct and professional in tone.Experience with Entrata is preferred.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Operating the property within the financial guidelines, i.e. the budget, established by the Regional Manager and the Owner.Achieving occupancy goals and leasing expectations of the property by utilizing various marketing methods and programs.Achieving delinquency standards weekly/monthly.Conducting daily physical inspections of the propertySupervising the office and maintenance staff.Obtaining Regional Manager approval for expenses outside the budgeted guidelines.Conducting final interviews and hiring of all property employees under the direction of the Regional Manager.Ensuring a professional appearance and attitude, always, for yourself and all property employees.Leasing of the property by ensuring through supervision of the office and leasing personnel.Ensuring that all personnel respond to resident requests or complaints in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner.Ensuring that personnel in all departments operate within OSHA and EPA standards as well as follow all Fair Housing regulations.Ensuring required reports are completed and submitted when due.
