TikTok LIVE team's mission is to work hand-in-hand with creators & influencers, agencies, and partnership organizations to create an environment that brings communities together in real time to create meaningful and interactive connections around the globe.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver business growth and revenue goals through scalable partnership management
- Lead and participate different projects, to drive the business growth
- Do scalable business coaching for the partners around TikTok LIVE business, through webinar, discord, email, etc.
- Leverage the dashboard and insights to do general business diagnose for the business partners
- Align the the partnership operation strategies with partners and coach the partners about business operation around creators recruitment and incubation
- Align the business goals with partners, and set the project timelines
- Hold online meeting with partners to drive B2B conversion
- Handle tasks on internal system to drive the progress

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree
- 2+ years experiences around internet creator economy, like content, advertisement, e-commerce, brand sponsorship, music, gaming, live streaming, etc.
- 2+ years experiences of sales, BD, or other business result driven roles
- Experiences of partnership management experiences, like agency management, channel partner management, reseller management, etc
- Good teamwork spirit, clear logic, priority awareness, passion and a sense of responsibility.
- Good data interpretation and logic capability, explorative, and self-motivated.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Scalable partnership management experiences
- Deep passion for TikTok, mobile entertainment, social media, and popular culture
- Creative mindset and thought process that's focused on driving business parameters forward
- Experience in the live streaming space and understanding of live streaming trends
