To this end, Honda strives to realize "the joy and freedom of mobility" by developing new technologies and an innovative approach to achieve a "zero environmental footprint."We are looking for qualified individuals with diverse backgrounds, experiences, continuous improvement values, and a strong work ethic to join our team.If your goals and values align with Honda's, we want you to join our team to Bring the Future!Job PurposeLeads the coordination and implementation of PS&P Advertising and Marketing digital strategies thru coordination and consensus building across related divisions/departments both internal and external to NA PS&P to achieve short-, medium- and long-term business plan goals.Key AccountabilitiesDirects all assigned staff to assure associate growth/performance, maintain team's expected output, supports business plan initiatives, manages resources within designated limits, and promotes communication of strategies/results to associates/management.Directs the overall PS&P advertising/marketing digital strategy creation thru related digital properties utilizing a combination of both internal and external resources to realize business goals.Develop and implement strategy for PS&P brand websites to engage customers with content and research capability that will drive lead generation with match back to retail sales.Develop and implement content strategy to engage customers on our PS&P social media properties to build brand preference and loyalty with goal being to drive them to brand website and dealer for sales activities.Develop and implement content strategy to engage customers on our PS&P social media properties to build brand preference, increase followers and engagement, to increase brand affinity with goal being to drive them to brand website and dealer for sales activities.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

Bachelor's Degree or related discipline or equivalent work experienceRequires 12+ years of experience with degree or 10-12 years related work experience.Experience in direct supervision of teams comprising of multiple peopleManage multiple schedules and budgets.Interacts and communicates effectively with associates. Ability to motivate team.Good planning, implementation, and project management skills.Strategic thinking and ability to analyse Honda and competitor's situation to develop plan to maximize given resources.Strong decision-making ability and presentation skills.Analyse complex media data reporting and adjust plans to effectively meet organizational objectives.
