The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing content strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive customer acquisition and retention. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and project management skills.Key Responsibilities:Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content across various platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, digital media, retail, etcDevelop and execute comprehensive content strategies that align with Boost Mobile's brand voice and marketing objectivesCollaborate with our consumer insights team to understand target audiences and tailor content to meet their needs and preferencesMonitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvementWork closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to ensure content consistency and alignment with overall marketing initiativesMaintain a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent delivery of contentEnsure all content adheres to Boost Mobile’s brand guidelines and tone of voiceSkills, Experience and RequirementsEducation and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related discipline2-3 years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or a related fieldExperience in the telecommunications industryFamiliarity with digital marketing tools and techniquesAbility to adapt to changing trends and technologiesSkills And QualificationsStrong writing, editing, and proofreading skillsProficiency in content management systems (CMS) and social media platformsKnowledge of SEO best practicesExcellent organizational and project management skillsAbility to analyze data and make data-driven decisionsCreative thinking and problem-solving abilitiesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsSalary RangesCompensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/YearBenefitsWe offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: DISH Benefits .The base pay range shown is a guideline.
