We are seeking a creative, thoughtful and organized Content Marketing Specialist with a focus on owned content for Schweid and Sons. This role is integral to the development and execution of our marketing strategies focusing on social media and digital advertisements via production of graphic assets, documents and content.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating delicious content from ideation to postproduction while adding value and expertise to the marketing programs we have in place. Your creative flair, digital and social knowledge and strong project management skills will be essential in enhancing the brand's content to be highly effective and engaging across various channels.
*This is a full-time, hybrid role in East Rutherford, NJ
Responsibilities:Collaborate and ideate for original content ideas with the Senior Marketing Manager and teamProduce high-quality content including concept, script, shoot, and edit social content (static and video), digital media ads, print ads, and sales materialsSupport sales team with development of promotional materials such as sell sheets or presentation designsWrite creative copy as needed for social captions, advertisements and sales materialsUpdate and maintain brand asset libraryContinuously explore new formats and channels to enhance asset quality, performance, and user experienceAssist the Senior Marketing Manager on social platform responsibilitiesMonitor social media trends and adjust content strategy to maximize reach and engagementAssist in the planning, execution, and scheduling of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and print mediaEnsure all campaign elements, including content, advertisements, and other deliverables, are cohesively aligned and delivered on timeCapture moments at events for video and photo librariesQualifications:
Degree in Design, Marketing, or related field2-4 years of experience in marketing or graphic designExcellent Adobe Creative Suite (Rush or Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator), Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.), Canva, Hootsuite and photography skillsFamiliarity with digital and social media analytics tools and ability to interpret data to inform strategiesExcellent time management skills including the ability to coordinate multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentAbility to take initiative in anticipating tasks and to look for ways to add value to processes/proceduresStrong writing and editing skills; interest in design storytelling and conveying the Schweid and Sons brand voiceA strong interest in food, either photography or a foodie! Food Marketing experience a plus.
