Marketing Content Specialist . Youll play a pivotal role in shaping their narrative, increasing brand awareness, and engaging diverse audiences. Make an impact in your community, and join our team as a Marketing Content Specialist!
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation and Copywriting:
Write and craft clear and compelling copy for various mediums (flyers, web, e-news, press releases, calendars, scripts, social media).Collaborate on social media content planning, creation, and publication.Assist in creating visually engaging marketing assets such as flyers, social graphics, videos, and more.Communications Planning and Development:
Plan, compose, format, and distribute electronic newsletters and communications.Manage website content, ensuring it's current, accurate, and SEO-optimized.Sync and manage our editorial calendars for a harmonious communication symphony across channels.Collaborate and team with our marketing team to craft messages to share our fantastic programs and servicesDocumentation and Performance Analysis:
Keep organized files and detailed tracking logs for marketing projects.Participate in the development of marketing plans and strategies.Track, interpret, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics for continuous improvement.As a Marketing Content Specialist, you will have:
A Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.Superior copywriting/ content creation and editing skillsExpertise in social media, email marketing, and SEO best practices.Proficiency with HTML and analytics platforms.Tech-savvy with hands-on skills in social media platforms, WordPress, email marketing platforms, Canva, Microsoft Office products, Teams, and ZoomAdditional skills these are a big plus!
Video production and editingExperience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite, Constant Contact or similar e-communication platforms, and social media schedulers (HootSuite, Loomly..).Our ideal candidates:
Can work in a hybrid environment: Ability to be present in the office as scheduled or needed.Possess exceptional organizational and time management skills.Have outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills.Are a problem-solving powerhouse and able to propose creative solutionsHave a demonstrated capability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.Are familiar with and/or sensitive to Jewish values and customs.
This is a full-time onsite role working in Baltimore, MD. REMOTE WORK is not available. Salary is firm at $49K - $55K, DOE. Enjoy a generous benefits package as you unleash your communication magic.
