Creative Circle is hiring: Social Content Production Manager (Video) in Kirkland

Our non-profit client is looking for a Production Manager with experience creating social-first videos and content. This is a full-time, direct hire role, hybrid, 3 days onsite in Kirkland Washington, with a targeted start date of January 2025.
In this role the Production Manager will be responsible for: - Leading the production of social-first, content, on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. 70% of the social content will be video - Supervising and overseeing team members during productions, ensuring all content is produced in an efficient and timely manner - Working with cross functional partners, including vendors to develop strategies and processes - Creating project plans, scope, timeline, budget, deliverables - Understanding what are all the types of content needed to capture for each campaign and overseeing the execution of those
The ideal Production Manager will have: - 9+ years of experience in a wide variety of creative projects ranging from digital experiences, branded creative, research, strategy, naming, identity design, environmental design, video, animation, illustration, web, photography, and more - Experience producing social-first content is a must - Experience producing video and branded campaigns - Experience partnering collaboratively with internal and external partners - Experience working on storytelling content / brand work vs. advertising campaigns only
