ROLE DESCRIPTION:
A member of the Principal Communications Team, the Creative Content & Production Manager is responsible for handling productions of large and small-scale digital media, social-first content and creative to ensure flawless execution for our Principal and Pivotal teams. They are accountable for authoring production briefs and working with teams to lead the production of creative projects, to best achieve the strategic visions, of the communications team. The Creative Content and Production Manager is responsible for managing project timeline, deliverables, and the day-to-day production - which includes maintaining efficient and timely communication, and tracking and reporting creative projects. Reporting to the Director, Digital & Creative Communications, the Creative Content & Production Manager will be partnered with one other creative manager and will have the support of a Producer.

QUALIFICATIONS
This is a full-time position, based in Pivotal's Kirkland, WA office. Base annual compensation range for this role is from $151,300-$161,900.

Reporting to the Director, Digital & Creative Communications, the Creative Content & Production Manager will be partnered with one other creative manager and will have the support of a Producer.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Production Management:
- Lead the production of social-first, content, and creative ensuring all content maps back to the organization's strategy.
- Supervise, and manage, team members during productions, ensuring all content is produced in an efficient and timely manner.
- Manage and execute multiple projects at once as well as cross functional partners to develop strategies and processes to deliver world class creative.
- Partner with the digital and creative teams on project development and execution.
- Develop relationships with internal and external vendors to concept and execute content and creative projects that supports the communications and programmatic objectives.
- Manage and expand creative networks, with an emphasis on advancing Pivotal's equity and belonging goals.
- Manage production by agencies and vendors and coordinate review cycles with internal and external stakeholders. Supervise work of agencies and manage budgets to ensure delivery of high-quality assets on time and on budget, and effective use of resources.
- Serve as thought partner to cross functional teams on creative strategy development, and production.
- Contribute to the development of strategy planning sessions, learning opportunities, and annual planning for the Principal Communications Team.
- Drive integration and collaboration across the organization. Act as a content expert as it relates to creative production and design projects.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Ongoing talent review and acquisition for initiatives and projects.
Project management:
- Manage multiple creative projects (graphics, videos, infographics, animatics, prototyping, customized web design and development, email design, etc.) and creative agencies simultaneously from concept through completion.
- Author project plans, scope, timeline, budget, deliverables; coordinate with and manage vendors; identify and solve potential project pitfalls; support internal communication, attendance & participation in planning meetings; internal tracking and reporting of project statuses, support for execution of vendor contracts, etc.
- Coordinate internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Manage scope with internal partners and, as appropriate, define change orders, documentation of direction/design change, cross checking deliverables and scope adherence.
- Produce status updates and timely communications regarding risks/urgent matters for internal and external partners.
- Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze successful completion of short and long-term goals.
Operations:
- Ensure all quality control practices are implemented per project/process: naming conventions, document distribution and management, etc.
- Maintain and support to Airtable process within the creative team and the Comms department.
- Management of invoicing.
- Support contract/licensing efforts with project manager(s).

- Broad and working knowledge of website frameworks.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 8-10 years of experience in a wide variety of creative projects ranging from digital experiences, branded creative, research, strategy, naming, identity design, environmental design, video, animation, illustration, web, photography, and more.
- 4+ years of experience in digital content including social media, video and web.
- PC and Mac savvy.
- Experience in all MS suite applications, namely Excel, Word, OneNote, Teams, PPT.
- Extensive and current experience in the standard project planning tools such as MS Project, Airtable, Merlin, Smartsheet, Basecamp, Asana, FastTrack, 10,000ft, Excel, etc.
- Fluent in Dropbox, SharePoint, digital asset management.
- Fluent in digital brainstorm & collaboration tools such as Mural, Loom, Google slides, Dropbox Paper and more.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Working knowledge in Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign, Illustrator, Premier.
