Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Content & Marketing Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of pre and post production projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring that all production deliverables meet quality standards, deadlines, and budget constraints. This role requires a strong understanding of production processes, resource management, and project management methodologies.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Content & Marketing Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of pre and post production projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring that all production deliverables meet quality standards, deadlines, and budget constraints. This role requires a strong understanding of production processes, resource management, and project management methodologies.
Core Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk management strategies, and key milestones. Use project management tools to monitor progress.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams such as our Marketing and Content team to align on project requirements, deliverables, and schedules. Facilitate clear communication between all stakeholders.
- Budget & Cost Management: Monitor project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while adhering to financial constraints. Regularly review financials to identify potential cost overruns and implement corrective actions.
- Process Improvement: Analyze existing production processes to identify inefficiencies, propose enhancements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in line with lean manufacturing principles.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure projects stay on track and within scope. Provide regular updates to senior management on risk status and issue resolutions.
- Vendor & Resource Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers. Negotiate contracts, track performance, and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations. Work closely with the quality assurance team to implement rigorous quality control measures.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and post-project evaluations. Provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership on project status and metrics.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management
