The ideal candidate will be a blend of strategic and execution-focused, have the ability to manage outside design resources, and will be a collaborative teammate!Your responsibilities will include:Translate business and marketing objectives into multi-channel creative assets to drive business value with our visual identityConcept, design, and execute innovative design: campaigns, experiences and assets in all formats - from developing the creative brief to launching the campaignUnderstand business goals, target audiences, and market trends to shape the creative visionCollaborate with key stakeholders (marketing team, product design and executives) on brand architecture, act as our brand steward and ensure that all of odaseva is working towards the same brand vision with our brand personality consistently displayed in everything we doLead the planning, execution, and optimization of creative assets - including website, social media, print, events presence, digital advertising and more.Manage the end-to-end production process, from ideation to launch, being mindful of timelines and budgetsSet clear expectations, incorporate constructive feedback, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality creative assetsPresent creative concepts and strategies to key stakeholders internally, including executivesDrive innovation in content creation, staying up to date on new formats to engage clients and prospectsOversee and manage external creative resources as neededYou will bring: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.8-12 years of relevant experience.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyPassion for visual identity and how it relates to business valueProficiency in design software such as Adobe Suite, Figma, etc.Proficiency in Webflow.Proven experience in design and creative direction.Professional fluency in both French and English.Additional Skills (Preferred): Hubspot experienceMotion graphics & video experienceOdaseva's values are: Trust, Customer Centricity, Engagement, Excellence, Continuous Innovation, and TeamworkOdaseva offers an inclusive, supportive work environment where talented people innovate and grow.
