The Private Bank (PB) Events Team partners with Private Bank Businesses to deliver consistent, high-touch, and distinctive client experiences; event specialists are located across the world combining a deep local knowledge of US, LATAM, EMEA, and ASIA regions with the insights of a global team.. Our events range from signature global events to small intimate programs, with a focus on new client acquisition, deepening relationships, and increasing flows, while building our brand and adhering to global standards.The Events Creative Lead Vice President will partner with Private Bank Events Teams globally and Private Bank Creative Services Team to coordinate the creation of the collateral for our events and Asset Wealth Management CEO special projects. From ideation through production, you will champion the needs/voice of the event while ensuring collateral is in line with the Private Bank brand identity. In addition, you will partner with Private Bank Marketing on the signature global and signature regional events amplification strategy. You will also interact with colleagues globally across the Private Bank Events Team, Businesses, Creative Services, Marketing and Senior Management.Job responsibilities:Support business objectives and partner with Creative Services to deliver event collateral from inception through productionManage the needs/voice of Events while ensuring collateral is in line with PB brand identityPartner with Creative Services to create standardized templates & bespoke event collateralSupport business objectives and partner with Marketing on signature global & regional events' amplification strategyPartner with Marketing and Digital Marketing on approved event amplification strategiesProvide timely status updates to Event Planners and Senior ManagementRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills: 8+ years prior experience in event and project management related activitiesMust think strategically and problem solve with the ability to offer creative solutionsMust be able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines in high pressure environmentMust be able to manage budgets and negotiate with vendorsExcellent oral and written communications skills with ability to liaise with senior leadershipExcellent organizational skills and extreme attention to detailPositive attitude and flexibility to adapt as business priorities shift and changeStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPointPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills: Prior experience in financial services and multi-lingual capabilitiesJPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
