We are looking for exceptional talent who are passionate about education and preparing the next generation for a constantly evolving future.What you'll doAdobe is looking for a highly motivated individual to join the Creative Cloud Education product management team and drive proliferation of creativity in classrooms with Adobe Express, the quick and easy content creation app for education from Adobe.As a part of this team, you will help educators around the globe frictionlessly provide their classrooms with access to Adobe Express and perform on-going classroom management. Through customer interactions, market research, analytics, and competitive analysis, you'll define product strategy to ensure that the unique needs of the education segment are catered to.Responsibilities:Be deeply empathetic to our education customer needs, working to identify, define, and represent their goals and problems - and rally partners to tackle them.Define product vision, set measurable goals, and build, learn, and iterate.Own initiatives end-to-end, from discovery to delivery.Influence and work closely with engineering, shared technology, UX design, marketing and legal teams to solve key customer problems.Thrive in ambiguity. Be comfortable gathering, identifying, and synthesizing information in a fast-paced environment, to build a streamlined execution roadmap.Think analytically and make decisions and forecast impact through data. Test and learn via analytics, user research, prototyping, surveys, user testing, customer interviews, and rapid experimentation.Demonstrate technical depth to contribute to engineering discussions about technology & platform decisions and product strategy.Clearly document, communicate, and evangelize across the organization to deliver exceptional experiences to educators and students.What you need to succeed BS/BA in Computer Science or a similar educational background OR equivalent experience7+ years of experience in product management; MBA preferredDomain expertise with web-based software, enterprise deployment, and identity systems is highly preferred3 to 5 years of experience managing Product Management individual contributorsPeople management experience with proven ability to grow successful product leadership talent.Outstanding interpersonal skills, ability to present complex ideas clearly and to rally people around a visionAbility to work in a highly collaborative team setting and/or independently as needed; self-starterHighly enthusiastic, creative, with an entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to innovateOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $142,500 -- $285,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
