Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be based within the U.S. during employment.Position Highlights:As a Training and Education Designer for our oral surgery practices, you’ll develop and deliver impactful educational content that engages and informs a variety of audiences. This role focuses on strategically creating and refining training materials, courses, and assessments tailored to clinical and patient referral needs. Working closely with our digital graphic designer, you’ll help craft an engaging learning experience for our team and patients, aligning educational strategies with the unique needs of the oral surgery field. A dental background is highly preferred.Design and develop comprehensive courses and educational content specific to oral surgery and patient referrals.

Create, edit, and refine online learning materials, including digital modules, storyboards, and assessments.Develop training materials and experiences to promote patient referral and full-arch procedures from clinical and patient perspectives.Build interactive learning activities, assignments, and assessments to ensure knowledge retention and application.Collaborate with subject matter experts to tailor content that addresses the needs of clinicians and support teams.Partner with the digital graphic designer to ensure visual elements enhance comprehension and engagement.Write clear, structured scripts and content for video and audio training materials.Manage and facilitate online learning communities, fostering engagement and dialogue.Provide ongoing analysis and updates to training content, incorporating best practices in instructional design and dental education.Who We Are:Paradigm Oral Health is dedicated to exceptional oral surgery in a comforting environment, prioritizing patient needs through collaboration with their general dentist.
