We are looking for a creative and collaborative Content Creator to join our team in Boise, Idaho. In this role, you'll work closely with our Business Development & Marketing Manager to develop engaging, high-quality content that resonates with our audience and enhances our brand presence. This position will support our company's marketing initiatives by creating graphics, videos, social media posts, and other digital assets that align with our goals. KEY RESPONSIBLITIES
- Create original content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and the company website, including graphics, videos, infographics, and written posts
- Utilize design tools and software to produce engaging visual assets that align with brand guidelines and campaign goals
- Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting across relevant channels
- Track content performance metrics across channels and make data-driven adjustments to improve reach and engagement
- Work closely with the Business Development & Marketing Manager to align content with broader campaign objectives and brand messaging
- Assist with other marketing initiatives, contributing to cross-department projects as needed
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or other related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2-4 years of content creation or marketing experience, preferably within the engineering or construction services industry
- Proficiency in graphic design, video editing, and other multimedia tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)
- Strong creative, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to interpret and act on performance metrics
- Familiarity with social media algorithm's and experience with LinkedIn is a plus

- Valid Driver's License with a good record
