As a member of the digital marketing team, you’ll assist the Marketing Manager to develop a multi-channel social media strategy, create dynamic branded content for our social media platforms, identify key digital media opportunities, engage with influencers, and report analytics on web traffic and engagement. The ideal candidate harnesses their creativity to heighten visibility, makes data-driven decisions to optimize our social media channels, and believes in collaboration to achieve the best results. $35,000 - $45,000 yearly

• Use our organizational goals to develop an online marketing strategy with engaging content for our audience across all social media accounts

• Create, Implement, and Oversee the activity across our social media accounts including, but not limited to Instagram, YouTube and Facebook.
• Produce and Manage content for our indivual agents and the team.
• Evaluate and optimize our online marketing strategy in direct relation to real estate trends and various "farms."
• Deliver monthly reports from our web traffic using Google Analytics and social platforms and advise on improvements.

• Must possess excellent communication skills, time management skills, and a strong work ethic
• Can develop dynamic SEO content with text, image, and video
• Expertise in current trends on all social media platforms
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a digital marketer or social media strategist
