Reliant Homes is actively seeking a passionate and innovative individual to join our Marketing and Sales Team as a Marketing Specialist. The ideal candidate is organized with an exceptional eye for design, detail oriented, creative, with the ability to collaborate closely with the Director of Sales/Marketing across various platforms.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILL

  • Minimum 3 years of marketing-related experience is required.
  • Innovative and resourceful mindset.
  • Proficiency in organizing and managing time effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software, and online applications (CRM tools, online analytics, etc.).
  • Ability to analyze and report data effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Swift decision-making, strong judgment, and excellent analytical abilities.
  • Preferred knowledge of real estate.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Online Marketing

  • Craft and publish compelling digital content across social media platforms.
  • Develop and execute email campaigns for both new and existing communities.
  • Manage website content and updates, address technical issues, and work with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and drive online activity.
  • Coordinate the launch of new communities on the website and maintain current inventory, renderings, and pricing information.
  • Utilize marketing analytic tools to gather essential data from social media, web analytics, and rankings.

Branding & Design

  • Design and update marketing materials for communities, including spec flyers, price sheets, feature sheets, and community maps.
  • Oversee company billboards and ensure consistent branding.
  • Manage supplies of business cards, signs, letterhead, and promotional products.
  • Facilitate the procurement of signage, obtain sign permits, and coordinate sign leases as necessary.
  • Assist in the planning and quarterly review of the marketing plan.

Events & Meetings

  • Assist in coordinating weekly sales meeting and training sessions with Reliant realtors.
  • Coordinate and attend promotional events and campaigns - both traditional and digital, to ensure their success.
  • Oversee the purchase of promotional products and closing gifts.

Miscellaneous Admin

  • Coordinate the setup of new model sales centers.
  • Manage the procurement of model and spec home photography.
  • Maintain the homeowner database to send follow-up surveys to homeowners and for warranty purposes.
  • Inputting and updating home listing services, including photos, as needed.
  • Managing office supplies for the Reliant Realty office and fulfilling agent requests on-site.

Pay is dependent upon applicant experience and qualifications.
