Spencer Rigby are exclusively supporting a top med-tech manufacturer to identify a leader who will own their flagship capital equipment portfolio. This is an opportunity to take strategic ownership of a $1billion+ portfolio with significant NPD plans, immediate product launch opportunities and a clear succession plan to become a global Director.

Our client are seeking high potential product marketeers, with strong ambitions to lead people. While prior leadership experience is desirable, they are also open to engaging Product Marketeers with portfolio leadership experience that are ready for the next step in their career.

Desired Traits & Experience

• Strong communicator with a clear desire to lead & develop teams.
• Prior experience developing and executing product lifecycle strategies
• Proven experience launching new or next generation devices in the biotech or medtech space.
• MBA education is highly desirable.
• Comfortable leading cross functional teams through influence.
