Marketing Content Manager
Quantfury is a fintech company that develops and supports the Quantfury global brokerage, with a monthly trading volume above 15 billion dollars.
Quantfury is seeking an ambitious, creative, experienced and product-focused individual with a background in the financial services industry, specifically trading and investing for retail clients.
Your primary responsibility will be to craft and create compelling content constantly across all organic channels, including company website, email communication with the clients, mobile and web platform communication, social media, paid media, PR, etc. The candidate must have Type-A personality.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ideate, develop, and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple media channels to increase user acquisition, improve user retention, and enhance the company’s brand awareness globally.
- Lead ideation sessions and collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns, from initial briefing to final release.
- Create and implement high-quality, engaging marketing campaigns for organic media channels, including the company's website, email marketing campaigns, mobile and web platform communications, and social media platforms.
- Align marketing strategies with company objectives and its brand identity
- Contribute to the development and refinement of the company's brand identity and positioning in the market, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent years of experience
- Proven experience in financial services - trading, investments, and finance within the brokerage industry
- 2 - 4+ years of experience in content marketing, social media marketing, copywriting or ghost-writing
- Proficient in creating content for financial service companies and the broader finance industry, including investment, markets, trading, and related topics.
- You are a Type A personality with a bias towards action – you’re motivated to build and create
- Ability to seamlessly multitask across various projects is essential for achieving campaign success and meeting deadlines, ensuring efficient and impactful marketing efforts
- You are a strong storyteller and craft engaging narratives. You understand how to organize information in a manner that is compelling to your audience
- You have a passion for content creation and can understand nuances across audiences and tailor content for a variety of internal and external channels (across both digital and traditional media) and audience
- You effectively collaborate cross-functionally with partners across the company including Product, Brand Design, Communications, Marketing, Influencer Marketing
- Proficiency in Spanish preferred
