We are looking for a Production Artist to become a part of our team in WHITE PLAINS, New York. This role offers a contract with the potential for a permanent position within the industry. As a Production Artist, you will have a variety of responsibilities related to maintaining high-quality standards for print files, adjusting existing projects, and preparing files for print.
Responsibilities
• Ensure all files are ready for production, including setting them up for print
• Manage and modify existing projects, such as adjusting single language versions to triple language versions
• Uphold a high standard of perfection for all files
• Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign
• Collaborate on the production of print ads and packaging, which make up a significant portion of the work
• Create comparables or comps as needed
• Participate in the design of brochures and other printed materials to increase brand awareness
• Coordinate and execute alterations to artwork and advertisements
• Demonstrate a keen eye for detail, ensuring all files are centered, flush left, and layers are correctly arranged.• Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Acrobat is required.
• Must be familiar with the Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
• Skills in Adobe Flash are necessary.
• Expertise in Adobe Illustrator is essential.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign is compulsory.
• Experience in creating Advertisements is a must.
• Must possess the ability to create and interpret Artwork.
• Should have an understanding of Brand Awareness strategies.
• Experience in designing Brochures is necessary.
• Must be comfortable working in a Digital environment.
